Terms of Use

Effective 31 August 2026

These terms apply to the Bitty iOS application ("the app"), published by OK Apps ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies as a minimum.

Not medical advice

Bitty is a tracking and reference tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Growth figures are compared against published reference standards (such as WHO growth standards) for information only. Values inside or outside any reference range are not an assessment of your child's health. Always consult your paediatrician or another qualified professional about your child's health, feeding and development — and bring the app's data along if it helps the conversation.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the App Store terms.

Subscriptions

Your data and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log. The app stores data on your device and in your own iCloud (see the Privacy Policy); keeping a device backup is your responsibility. We may add, change or discontinue features of the app over time.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app, and don't use it in any way that violates applicable law or the App Store terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
